Parachute Landing started with a simple idea — take a fleet of ex-Australian Defence Force vehicles, load them up with Texas BBQ and cold beer, and deploy them to events across the Macedon Ranges and beyond.
What began as a passion project has grown into one of the most unique catering experiences in regional Victoria. Whether it's a community market, a corporate function, or a private backyard gathering — we show up ready to feed a crowd.

EX-MILITARY HERITAGE
Our fleet of ex-Australian Defence Force vehicles are the real deal — restored, maintained, and deployed to your event with pride. Every vehicle tells a story.
TEXAS BBQ CRAFT
Low and slow is the only way. We smoke our meats for hours using traditional Texas BBQ methods — brisket, beef ribs, pulled pork — all cooked to perfection.
COLD CRAFT BEER
We pair our BBQ with a carefully selected range of cold beers. Whether it's a quiet arvo or a big event, we've got the taps flowing.

We're proud to be based in the Macedon Ranges and Gisborne area of Victoria. We support our local community and love bringing people together over great food.
