PEPE SAYA ADDED TO THE PARACHUTE LANDING LINEUP!
We're proud to announce that Pepe Saya Salted, Cultured Butter is now a permanent fixture across the entire Parachute Landing burger lineup. From our Wagyu Brisket to the Tipsy Texan and beyond — every burger we serve is now finished with Pepe Saya's exceptional Australian-made cultured butter.
Supporting premium local Australian suppliers has always been at the heart of what we do. Pepe Saya has been crafting world-class cultured butter right here in Australia for years, and their Salted Cultured Butter brings a depth of flavour to our brioche buns that simply can't be matched. It's the kind of detail our loyal customers deserve — and the kind of standard we hold ourselves to every single event.

ANZAC DAY 2026
SHRINE OF REMEMBRANCE — MELBOURNE, VICTORIA
Once again, the Parachute Landing team was honoured to stand alongside the thousands of Australians who gathered at Melbourne's Shrine of Remembrance to mark Anzac Day 2026. From the pre-dawn setup through to the last serve of the morning, our crew gave everything they had to ensure veterans, serving members, families and the broader community were well fed and warmly welcomed on one of the most sacred days in the Australian calendar.
The team was on the ground well before first light, rigging the marquee and firing up the smoker in the quiet hours before the Dawn Service. By the time the sun rose over the Shrine, the smell of slow-cooked brisket and sizzling bacon was drifting across the grounds — a small but meaningful way to nourish those who had come to pay their respects.
It was a privilege to serve veterans and their families — many wearing medals earned across decades of service — alongside members of the public who turned out in their thousands to honour those who gave so much. Moments like these remind us why we do what we do.
Watching the march pass by — row after row of serving men and women stepping in time through the streets of Melbourne — is something that never loses its weight. Our team paused, as they always do, to take it in. The LRPV stood ready alongside the marquee, a quiet nod to the military history that underpins everything Parachute Landing represents.
"To every veteran, serving member and family who stopped by — thank you for your service, and thank you for letting us be a small part of your day. It is always the greatest honour."

ANZAC DAY 2025
Another proud Anzac Day deployment for the Parachute Landing crew. We were honoured to be part of the commemorations, serving our Texas BBQ and cold craft beers from our fleet of ex-military vehicles. Lest we forget.
